Pattern Design & Manufacturing

We have CAD/CAM engineering facilities as well as Casting Simulation with tie up vendors, while pattern repair and methoding is inside our factory.

Moulding & Core Making Facilities  

State o f the art Equipments/Mac hinery includes continues mixer,pneumatic Rammers, Sand Reclamation plant etc. for Sodium silicate bonded sand as well as chemically bonded sand to manufacture moulds and cores.

Induction Melting
    
We have Medium frequency core less induction furnace of 350 KW panel along with 300 & 500 Kg Crucible size, with all necessary auxiliary equipments form reputed manufacturers.
    
Crane Facilities
   
We have 2.0 MT as well as 3.0 MT EOT cranes, to take care of Liquid Metal Handling & other heavy materials lifting in processes, as well as loading and unloading of material safely.
       
Fettling Shop
    
We have sufficient amount of equipments like Pneumatic Chippers,Cutting Torch, Welding & Gouging machine, Swing Frame Grinders,Pedestal Grinders, Pneumatic grinders, as far as casting finishing is
concern.
     
Heat Treatment  Furnace
 
Electric fire heat treatment furnace available inside our premises, we do heat treat castings to control Physical & Metallurgical properties as per standards or desired by our costumer.
       
Shot Blasting Machine
    
In fettling shop itself, we have installed Y-Type Hanger Shot blast machine to clean our castings in as cast condition as well as after Heat treatment process to remove the scales if any before final dispatch.Manufacturing of Steel castings with the help of above facilities, simple processes flow chart is attached here with for your ready reference and easy to understand the same.
